Getting Started

Do I need a license to get started?

Yes. To help families with life and health insurance solutions, you’ll need a state-issued insurance license. Which is the 2-15 license to be able to offer health & life insurance.

How do I get licensed?

You’ll take an online pre-licensing course and then pass your state exam. We’ll guide you through the entire process.

Will you help me get licensed?

Yes. We provide step-by-step instructions, recommended course providers, and mentorship as you go through licensing.

How long does it take to get started?

Most people get licensed and start writing business within 1–3 weeks, depending on their schedule and state processing times.

Are there any startup fees?

There are licensing fees paid to the state and the training provider. These typically range from $150–$250 depending on the state. There are no franchise fees, no monthly quotas, and no required office fees. We help with a coupon to get your state course at $0.

What do I need to get started?

A laptop, Wi-Fi, your insurance license, and a willingness to learn and follow the system.

Do you need any qualifications or experience to get started?

No prior experience is required. We train you from the ground up.

Where are you located?

We operate nationwide. Our team and training are available virtually. Our primary office is located in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

Is this a captive agency?

No. We are fully independent, meaning you can work with multiple carriers to find the best fit for each client.

Is this an IMO?

We are partnered with a national IMO that provides access to top carriers, training, and back-office support—while our agency provides culture, mentorship, and hands-on business development.

Working Style

Is this remote or in-person?

This opportunity is fully remote we are not client facing, we do business virtually and over the phone. Agents have THE MOST SUCCESS coming into the office, but you have the ability to work from home. Also we do offer optional in-person trainings and events.

Can I do this part-time?

Yes. Many agents start part-time and transition to full-time as their income grows.

Can I work around another job or schedule?

Absolutely. You control your schedule.

Can I work from anywhere?

Yes. As long as you are licensed in the state you are writing business in, you can work from anywhere.

Do agents get a W-2 or are they independent?

Agents are 1099 independent contractors, meaning you are in control of your income and business.

Can I sell in other states?

Yes. You can apply for additional state licenses (called non-resident licenses) to expand your reach.

What kind of support will I get day-to-day?

You’ll have access to live training, mentorship, scripts, tools, and ongoing leadership coaching.

Compensation

How do commissions work?

You are paid directly by the insurance carriers for each policy you write.

What’s the commission rate?

Commission structures vary by product and contract level, but we offer some of the strongest starting compensation in the industry, with room to grow.

Are commissions capped?

No. There is no cap on what you can earn.

Are there bonuses or performance incentives?

Yes. Performance bonuses, trips, and additional advancement opportunities are available.

How quickly do I get paid?

Most carriers pay within 24–72 hours after a policy is approved and issued.

Do I get residual income or renewals?

Yes. Many products include renewal income, which builds over time.

What are chargebacks?

If a client cancels or stops paying during the early policy period, a portion of the commission may be reversed. We teach you how to minimize this.

Training & Support

Do you provide training and support?

Yes, 100%. Training is the backbone of our system.

Is the training live or self-paced?

Both. We offer on-demand training modules plus live Zoom mentorship and team calls.

Is there a mentorship program?

Yes. You’ll have direct mentorship from experienced agents and leaders.

Can I get help with my first few sales?

Absolutely. We’ll walk you through underwriting, quoting, scripting, and closing step-by-step.

What kind of scripts or tools are included?

Phone scripts, appointment scripts, presentations, CRM access, follow-up systems, and marketing tools.

Is there a team or community I’ll be part of?

Yes. We have a collaborative community on Discord focused on helping each other win.

Are there weekly calls or meetings?

Yes — multiple live trainings, workshops, and Q&A calls every week.

What if I’ve never sold anything before?

No problem. Many of our top producers started with no sales background.

Do you have leads?

Yes. We offer warm, high-intent leads.

What types of leads do you provide?

Are the leads exclusive?

Yes — we provide exclusive and non-recycled lead options. Also to help your business off the ground have access to 30-90 day old aged leads.

How much do leads cost?

Lead cost varies by type. You control your lead flow and budget.

Can I generate my own leads too?

Yes. You are free to bring your own marketing strategies if you prefer.

Do I have to cold call?

No. These are warm leads, meaning the client requested information.

Will I be expected to sell to family and friends?

No. This is not a friends-and-family model.

What happens if I run out of leads?

We have multiple lead sources so you can scale as needed.

How many appointments can I expect per week?

Agents typically run 10–25 appointments per week, depending on their time commitment and lead flow.

What products do we offer?

Will I be locked into one carrier?

Do I have to understand underwriting?

We train you on how to match clients to the right carriers and products.

Do I need financial or sales experience?

No. We train everything from day one.

Can I do telesales?

Yes. You can work fully over the phone and Zoom if you prefer.

Do you offer Spanish or bilingual support materials?

Yes. We have bilingual carriers, applications, scripts, and training resources.

How fast can I start making money?
